Data Deletion Request

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Google Play Store policies, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems.

What Data We Delete

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete:

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• Your login credentials
• Any personal identifiers associated with your profile

What We May Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law (Income Tax Act, GST regulations, or other applicable statutes):

• Transaction records (anonymized) — retained for 8 years for tax/audit compliance
• Data required for ongoing legal proceedings
• Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to privacy@zestbiosolutions.com with:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address or phone number
• Your full name
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required under the DPDP Act. You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
