By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Services" means the website, mobile application, and all related biomass collection management tools
• "User" means any person who accesses or uses our Services
• "Collection Center" means a registered biomass collection point operated under Zestbio's network
• "Incharge" means the authorized operator of a Collection Center
• "Farmer" means an individual registered to supply biomass residue

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• Access to the mobile app requires authorized credentials provided by Zestbio
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information (including transaction data)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Transaction Records

• All transaction data entered through the app is considered a business record
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter
• Completed transactions are immutable and cannot be modified
• Zestbio reserves the right to audit transaction records for accuracy and compliance
• Fraudulent entries may result in account termination and legal action

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Services are owned by or licensed to Zestbio Solutions Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability
